Welcome back to the BuzzFlash GOP Hypocrite of the Week.

One of the key architects of the Iraq War, Paul Wolfowitz got kicked upstairs to head the World Bank. Too bad for the poor of the planet, who continue to be victims of an entity that is really just a front for further indebting Third World countries to multinational corporations.

Like all the Busheviks, Wolfowitz believes that when he acts corruptly, he has too much integrity to be accused of being a crook.

So, when he arranged for his lover to get a sweetheart financial deal, Wolfowitz played the victim -- per standard Bushevik operating procedure -- and accused people of slandering him.

We doubt whether Wolfowitz's estranged wife will get any of the money that the Wolfman and his gal pal will enjoy, but Wolfie is as indignant as a pig in a poke that anyone would think he was a crook.

Bush, of course, stands by the Wolfman, just as he backs Gonzales. When you are married to the mob, your hit men can start singing like birds if you cut them loose.

Wolfowitz helped lie America into a war that has cost hundreds of thousands of lives and hundreds of billions of dollars. What's a few hundred thousand greenbacks pocketed to feather his love nest?

At least the Wolfman didn't kill anyone this time.

But once a hypocrite, always a hypocrite, in matters of war or love.
